It was so good we forgot to take a picture! We got an affogato with 2 flavours: dubai chocolate and pistachio— I recommend this flavour combination. If you want just one flavour, salted caramel would be my next suggestion. The staff were kind to offer samples of the different flavours, and even took the time to explain the process behind making their gelato. Definitely passion-run and will be our go-to gelato shop in Mississauga.

Amazing customer service and great sweets! Got an ice cream and was offered a premium coffee on the house! Quality through the roof and I was happy that I tried it!

If you're looking for authentic Gelato this is the place for you. Super light and just the right amount of sweetness and so many flavours to boot. The young owners were very knowledgeable about all the flavours, coffee and matcha and were incredibly sweet and friendly. Definitely a great place to check out in Ridgeway for something fresh and light.

WOW THIS REMINDS OF ME THE GELATO I HAD IN ITALYY!! Also their strawberry matcha latte and coffee is very good! Definitely the best gelato and coffee place in the ridgeway plaza and Mississauga! 10/10 service too!

This place is a hidden gem! I tried the lemon, mango, and Dubai chocolate flavors — and wow, each one was a hit in its own way. The lemon was super refreshing and tangy, the mango tasted like fresh tropical fruit, and the Dubai chocolate… rich, luxurious, and had this perfect blend of spice and sweetness. The texture was smooth and creamy, and the staff was really welcoming. If you’re into unique and bold flavors, this spot is a must-visit!

This gelato outlet has just opened up and while it’s not the only gelato place in the ridgeway plaza it definitely is one of the top ones. Since it’s new you would expect it to be packed but thankfully that’s not the case. Service was fast and smooth and staff extremely friendly- they recommended house favorites. Went there on peak eid night and the place was quiet- something so rare and beautiful in that plaza (only the OGs can relate). I would definitely be coming back to try their smoothies and other flavors. The gelato was nice, creamy and not that sweet which is refreshing because other gelato joints offer icecream loaded with sugar. Also since it’s new I guess they are very generous with quantity. So this is your cue to go try it out before it starts becoming difficult to step inside. Should be on your summer bucket list. Edit: May 2025. Still the best gelato in the plaza! I tried their Dubai chocolate and hazelnut and wow!!!! Will be my go to place this summer. Also their smoothies are delicious! Must try.

Tried lemon, mango, and Dubai chocolate — and honestly, I didn’t expect to love all three this much. The lemon was sharp and refreshing, mango was like the perfect ripe fruit, and that Dubai chocolate… just wow. So rich and a little spicy in the best way. The place has a cozy feel, and the staff were super friendly and helpful while I took forever to decide. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Alert: Dubai Chocolate Gelato! Came in just to look at the new place and the service was so great I got an affogato. They put the gelato on the cup first and the espresso in the middle which keeps the gelato from melting too fast. Check out this new spot. Would recommend.
